    • All submissions must be original, unpublished paper
    • All papers should be written in English and in PDF or Word format
    • Paper submissions should be complete manuscripts, up to six pages (inclusive of figures, tables, and bibliography) in a standard IEEE two-column format.

All conference papers only accept online submission process, as follows:

2, log in→my information→submit a new summary / paper.
